OctoListing is an AI-powered real estate marketing platform that helps real estate professionals create and publish content to Instagram Business accounts. The Service includes:

• Integration with Instagram Business API
• Property listing management
• Content publishing automation

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

7.3 AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publication.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion features in the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
